It seems that these days, anyone with a smartphone can call themselves a photographer; many stunning photographs have been taken with phone cameras, and whilst there are many fine photographic companies in Mauritius, who will provide an excellent service and record your precious moments, Historic Photography (Mauritius) Limited is different. We can provide almost* all of the same services as other photographic companies however, where appropriate, we do it with an historic perspective. As you can see from our large number of photos, we have recorded thousands of historic locations throughout Mauritius. Historic Research and Consultancy
Aside from our photographic services, we also have extensive knowledge and experience in the historic research and consultancy fields. With an extensive library of electronic maps and documents from all periods of occupation, we provide a variety of services in this arena. With perhaps the largest collection of photographs of Mauritian graves, tombs and cemeteries, we have assisted many individuals seeking assistance with tracing their ancestors.
